Liv-ex recently launched My Account, a new summary page containing everything that you need to know about your trades and account status. Last week we sent you an email detailing how it enables you to access your net statements. Below, we show you how to view your latest trading activity.
The Trading activity tab allows you to view all of your open trades.
Buying:
As a buyer, you can view invoiced trades and information about when payment is due.
You can also view trades that are not yet invoiced.
You can easily download a PDF pro-forma invoice for these trades – or you can email it to yourself. This not only allows you to pay off your balance quickly so that the wine can be moved into your account as soon as it arrives, but it also helps you to free up your trading limit. 
Selling:
As a seller, you can also view the current status of pending trades. This helps you to easily see what action to take next. For example, whether to deliver a wine or to assign stock already in Vine.
You can also view when your invoices are going to get paid.
Once you have sold a wine on the exchange, the new account summary page lets you know when you can expect to be paid by Liv-ex.
