My account – assign and ship with Vine

Liv-ex recently launched My Account, a new summary page containing everything that you need to know about your trades and account status. Last week we sent you an email detailing how to view your latest trading activity. Below we show you how to see when your wines are available to be shipped or assigned to trades.

Buying:

As a buyer, the Ship tab notifies you when new wines arrive into your account and are ready for shipping to your chosen warehouse or delivery address. Clicking on the tab will redirect you to the Vine website.

This makes it easy to see when wines you have purchased are ready to be shipped. You no longer need to search for the status of individual trades.

Selling:

When you sell wine on Liv-ex that is stored in Vine, you can easily assign it to the trade. The new My Account summary page will alert you to this in two ways:

1. The Assign wine to trades tab will display an orange notification with the number of trades to be assigned. Clicking on the button it will take you to the relevent section on the Vine website.

2. On the recent activity tab, you are given the option to assign your wines. You can now easily see which wines in your account are ready to be assigned to trades.
