Vine’s delivery requirements are designed to ensure the most efficient transfer process for all Vine customers.
Why book in with Vine?
When your delivery is pre-arranged, Vine is able to make sure that it is checked and processed quickly – within 24 hours. This ultimately means that your wines will be ready for selling sooner, and you’ll be paid faster.
Penalty fines
To encourage co-operation and better service for all customers, Vine will be imposing penalty fines on all deliveries failing to conform, effective July 4th 2016. From this date, deliveries that have not been made according to Vine’s delivery requirements will be subject to penalty fines of £100 or £5 per unit, whichever is greater.
