Gazin 2017 has been released at €57.6 per bottle ex-negociant, a 4% decrease on the 2016 price of €60. It is being offered at a recommended retail price of £710 per 12×75, a decrease of 1.4% in sterling terms on the 2016 release of £720 per case.

Neal Martin, awarded a score of 91-93 points, commending the wine as “a classic Gazin from the proprietor Nicolas de Bailliencourt and his team.”

Buyers perusing back vintages have a few options. The higher scoring Gazin 2016 (95 WA) is being offered in the market at £687, a slight discount to its ex-London opening price and this year’s release. Alternatively, the 2014 vintage may look attractive. The wine has a comparable score of 92+ but is available in the market for £500.
