The Liv-ex 1000 Index – the broadest measure of the market – dropped 0.8% in November to close on 244.55. The Bordeaux 500 Index also drifted, dipping 0.82%. They join both the Liv-ex 100 and Liv-ex Fine Wine 50 in closing the month down. Of these major indices, only the Liv-ex 1000 remains in positive territory year to date.

The story was similarly gloomy across a number of the sub-indices. The steepest faller was the Burgundy 150, which dropped 2.2%. However, both the Rest of the World 50 and the Rhone 100 bucked the downward trend, gaining 2.1% and 1.6% respectively.
