Today Lafite Rothschild has released a second tranche at €335 per bottle ex-negociant. Two weeks ago the first tranche came out at €285 per bottle and represented around 50% of the release. This suggests an average price of the two releases to be €310 per bottle.
A number of merchants decided to make the first tranche available at £2,800 – £2,900 per 12×75. Those that waited for their full allocation are offering the wine at £2,950 – £3,000. Please refer to the previous blog for further analysis.
