The GJE on Bordeaux 2005

The Grand Jury Europeen, which we covered in a previous post, has released its rankings for the 2005 Bordeaux vintage. As usual with the Jury's tastings – which are conducted blind by a panel that includes Michel Bettane, Anthony Hanson and Stephane Derenoncourt – there are a number of surprises, not least the lowly position of  Petrus (51st) and Haut Brion (45th).
