'Fair value' methodology
Liv-ex’s ‘Fair Value’ methodology represents a useful approach to pricing wines. It uses regression analysis to measure the relationship between price and quality and establish the fair price of a wine based on its critic score and vintages already available in the market.
Selling during En Primeur
Members can sell En Primeur stock on Liv-ex should they wish. We honour our usual payment terms so you can get paid quickly.
Our analyses are likely to show fair value lies in certain past (physical) vintages. Stockholders can easily be ready to satisfy this demand and sell at the right price by benchmarking their list against the market using List Studio – and offering them to buyers on Liv-ex.
