According to data from the London International Wine Exchange (Liv-ex), the alcohol content of fine wines has been rising over the past 30 years. Starting in 2020, Liv-ex has begun to record and verify the alcohol content of wine. So far, it has recorded the alcohol content of 35,000 wines, of which nearly 20,000 have been checked by the storage team, who have checked the wines one by one.
