LIVE opportunities: La Place releases
PREMIUM
CONTENT

La Place releases of the past two weeks include Almaviva 2018, Sena 2018, Opus One 2017, Masetto 2017, Latour 2009, and newcomers Jim Barry the Armagh 2016 and Wynns, John Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 (highlighted links will take you to Liv-ex member only release analysis). Solaia and Beaucastel are expected to release in the coming days and the remaining the following week (Y’quem 2018, 21 September).

Similar to the En Primeur 2019 campaign in June, releases prices have been flat to down on the previous year with volumes also seeing a drop. Merchants are reporting good demand with some wines having sold out – Masseto the star of the show to date. Secondary market activity for the wines is decent – there are LIVE bids and offers on many of the new releases as well as their back vintages.

Attached are all LIVE markets (bids and offers) for the newest La Place releases and their back vintages. Where there is not a market, feel free to make one!
