Location – Bordeaux Warehouse

Employment Type – Full-time

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm

Objective of the Role

Ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, verification, authentication, storage and dispatch of wine and associated products to support business operations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Following all Liv-ex instructions and procedures 
  • Accurate and timely processing of inbound goods 
  • Verification and authentication of goods in line with Liv-ex processes, including photographing goods and recognising and reporting on any issues 
  • Processing of outbound orders 
  • Liaising with the UK Warehouse, Logistics, Authentication and Settlement Teams
  • Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment where authorised 
  • Assisting with stock checks and audits 
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment 
  • Operating in-line with Liv-ex health and safety procedures

  • Previous warehouse supervisor experience
  • CACES R489
  • Wine knowledge
  • Excel proficiency
  • Photography experience
