1. Liv-ex Logo/trademarks
1.1. You may only use the Liv-ex logo/trademarks in accordance with these Display Requirements.
1.2. Your use of the Liv-ex logo/trademarks must not imply endorsement by Liv-ex of you, your products or your services.
2. Proprietary Notices, Attribution Marks, and Brand Identifiers
2.1. Liv-ex property, including but not limited to text, graphs, charts, tables, and images, may contain:
2.1.1. copyright, database right, trademark and/or other proprietary notices;
2.1.2. logos, watermarks, and/or other attribution marks;
2.1.3. typography, colour schemes, and/or other brand identifiers.
2.2. When displaying Liv-ex property removing, replacing, altering, and/or obscuring proprietary notices, attribution marks and/or brand identifiers in any way whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Where your proprietary notices, attribution marks and/or brand identifiers are used alongside Liv-ex’s, this must not diminish or misrepresent Liv-ex’s ownership of the Liv-ex property.
3. Acknowledging Liv-ex as Source
3.1. Where you use Liv-ex property as a source of figures, facts, quotes, statements or any other element, either under licence or other permitted use, you must provide clear and conspicuous attribution to Liv-ex Ltd as the source of the Liv-ex property.
3.2. The location of the attribution will be:
3.2.1. for written content: as close to the Liv-ex property as possible,
3.2.2. for visual content: in the corner of the content,
3.2.3. for video or audio content: in the end credits or description box.
3.3. When referencing a Liv-ex report, also reference the author and the title of the report.
4. Liv-ex API
4.1. The Liv-ex API is a service allowing Liv-ex members with a Redistribution Licence to receive certain Liv-ex property and distribute that Liv-ex property to their users on their site for their users’ personal use.
4.2. In the absence of specific instructions to the contrary from Liv-ex, when distributing Liv-ex property retrieved via the Liv-ex API, the Liv-ex logo must be displayed adjacent to the Liv-ex property.
4.3. The Liv-ex logo must link to https://www.liv-ex.com/.
4.4. Directly in front of the Liv-ex logo must be the words “[data point(s) e.g. prices, offers] from”. Example:

5. Derived Data
5.1. When distributing Derived Data in accordance with a Derived Data Licence, Liv-ex members must acknowledge Liv-ex as the source of the Liv-ex property from which the Derived Data is derived. Such acknowledgment shall not imply that Liv-ex has verified, endorsed or is responsible in any way for the Derived Data.
5.2. That acknowledgment will be in the format: “This work is derived from data sourced from Liv-ex Ltd under licence. This work has not been reviewed or approved by Liv-ex Ltd and Liv-ex Ltd bears no responsibility for the work”, or such other format as approved by Liv-ex in writing.
6. Amendment
6.1. We reserve the right to revise these Display Requirements at any time by publishing the updated version on www.liv-ex.com. The new version will replace the old version from the date of publication.
