Critics’ scores

The 2021 has been scored 89-91 points by Neal Martin (Vinous). He commented that it was ‘maybe a little rustic after preceding vintages’ but that it might ‘fill out during élevage’.

Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW (The Wine Independent) scored it 85-87 points and Jane Anson rated it 91-points.

Fair Value analysis

La Lagune’s closest correlation is with age rather than any particular critic’s scores.

According to the Liv-ex Fair Value methodology, buyers looking for value might be interested in the better scored 2019 and 2017 vintages, which are available for less than today’s release.
