Access more stock on Liv-ex
If you can’t find a wine you’re looking for on our original website, try Liv-ex beta. Our new platform uniquely allows you to bid on list prices in order to notify potential sellers of your interest. This makes many millions of pounds worth of additional stock available to you.

Many members now receive notifications when a bidder is interested in buying from them – it’s a really easy way to sell. To make sure you don’t miss out on this, speak to your Account Manager or send us your list.

Our short video explains the feature – you can watch it here.

Automate shipping and price information
Arranging deliveries for your clients can be time consuming – and if you are scheduling several per day, the time quickly adds up. Similarly, searching for wine prices around the web can take up valuable time.

We’ve added two new pages to our automation section. One explains how you can instruct shipping automatically; the other shows how to view Liv-ex prices all in one place – inside your own systems. Find further information here.

What is the Market Price?
Many of you use the Market Price to create valuations for clients, or to spot opportunities on lists. For a reminder of how it’s calculated, click here.

Q3 Settlement calendar available
The Q3 settlement calendar is now available to view online. Here you can find all the dates that you need to deliver to Liv-ex by, in order to receive payment on a given date. For more information, click here.

Coming Soon
Next week we will be publishing our concluding report on this year’s En Primeur campaign. In the report we consider merchant sales this year, which wines worked, and which have been left unsold. As always, Liv-ex members will be the first to receive the report. Stay tuned!

Liv-ex in the news
This month, a number of publications focused on our En Primeur coverage, including the drinks business, Decanter and Wine News Italy. The Wine Advocate instead chose to feature one of our articles from the archives on five times that Robert Parker moved the Bordeaux market.

You can also find the top fine wine market news stories on our press page, here.
