Warehouse closing dates – holiday period
Please note that our warehouses will be closed on the following days:
Vine Bordeaux: closed 25th December 2015 – 11th January 2016 inclusive.
Vine Tilbury (UK): closed 25th December 2015, 26th December 2015 and 1st January 2016.
Christmas Party: Warehouse closed 18th December 2015 and office closed from 12pm.
Delivery and collection instructions deadline:
For standard deliveries and collections we ask that all instructions are sent to us before Monday 14th December to guarantee delivery or collection prior to Christmas. After this date please check with your Vine Account Manager.
Bordeaux to UK shipment deadline
Wines sold on Liv-ex need to be delivered to Vine Bordeaux by Monday 7th December in order to be on the final 2015 shipment to our UK warehouse. This is to ensure that we have time to check and invoice stock before the end of the year.
During this time you are welcome to deliver directly into Vine Tilbury if you wish.
Prime Shipments:
Our final shipments of 2015 for Belgium, Switzerland, Holland, Germany and Beaune will be w/c 30th November 2015. We will need to receive your list of wines by Monday 30th November.
Tilbury – Hong Kong Shipment:
Our last shipment to Hong Kong will cut off 7th December
All transport services will resume as normal w/c 18th January 2016.
