In November 2007, we dreamt up the Liv-ex Fantasy Cellar in order to illustrate the key features of Cellar Watch, our cellar-tracking software for collectors and enthusiasts.
Over a period of ten years, our fantasy collector spent £100,000 on just under 1,000 bottles of the top labels from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy, Champagne and the New World.
